Accountability:
We implement programs with meaningful, concrete, and measurable results. We set clear goals and
track our progress. We hold ourselves fully accountable to our donors and the people we serve and
respect their worth and dignity as human beings and equal partners. We are accountable and transparent
in all our actions to ensure credibility.
Community Commitment: We are deeply connected with our community. We commit to allowing their voices
to guide our work, and to doing whatever it takes to help them thrive.
Equity and Inclusion: We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live their full potential, and that our work
and community are stronger when they are full of opportunities for people with diverse identities, backgrounds, and
perspectives.
Integrity: We remain transparent, honest, and ethical to partners, vendors, employees, beneficiaries, and the
general stakeholders. We are always happy to share our results, success stories, milestones, achievements, gaps,
and lessons learned without fear of contradictions.
Culturally sensitive: recognition of influence of local culture on our interventions and belief in community empowerment
is one of our strong holds.
