Hopelink Action Foundation (HAF Uganda) is a vibrant, non-profit, non-sectarian, and non political community-based organization, registered in compliance with the National NGO Bureau of Uganda. Since our inception in 2019, we have been dedicated to implementing life changing projects that break the vicious cycles of poverty, distress, and dependency. We are a team of committed change-makers based in the heart of the communities we serve, with our headquarters in Gulu City, Northern Uganda.
