Hopelink Action Foundation (HAF Uganda) is a vibrant, non-profit, non-sectarian, and non-political community-based organization,registered in compliance with the National NGO Bureau of Uganda. Since our inception in 2019, we have been dedicated to implementing life changing projects that break the vicious cycles of poverty, distress, and dependency. We are a team of committed change-makers based in the heart of the communities we serve, with our headquarters in Gulu City, Northern Uganda. In 2025 alone, we reached over 36,474 individuals across eight districts and five refugee settlements, demonstrating our capacity to deliver integrated, evidence-based programming at scale.

HAF Uganda operates in 5 refugee settlements (Palabek, Kiryandongo, Rhino Camp, Kyangwali, Palorinya) and 9 districts (Gulu, Nwoya,Omoro, Lamwo, Kiryandongo, Obongi, Terego, Madiokolo, and Kikuube), supporting humanitarian and community development programs across Uganda.
We are fully registered with: URSB (80020003753316) and the National NGO Bureau (INDR165615900NB; Permit Number: NDR0005900NB).
Our work directly supports:
i) Uganda’s Refugee Response Framework (RRF) & OPM/UNHCR guidelines
ii) SDGs (3, 4, 5, 8, and 13), focusing on well-being, quality education, gender equality, decent work, and climate action.
iii) Uganda’s NDPIV, by building human capital through MHPSS and education, fostering inclusive growth via agribusiness, and promoting refugee-host cohesion
